Documents required to receive a graduation certificate for PhD students – Ilam University

1- A valid passport
2- Persian language certificate (SAMFA and no other will be accepted at all) approved by the
Education Evaluation Organization in Iran or certificate of other foreign languages.
3- A certified translation from the concerned authorities in Persian and English of the master’s degree.
4- Final Admission
5- Send confirmation of the code from International Office.
6- Students of the year 2022 must get permission from the Student Affairs Department in which there is no objection.
7- Passing the comprehensive (cumulative) exam.
P.S. Students By Research don’t have comprehensive (cumulative) exam.
8- Copy Search Form with supervisor’s confirmation.
9- Send the Session Form through the graduate studies superintendent, and it must be in the file.
10- Taking the Thesis Submit Form after binding it from the Expert responsible for the Thesis
and by the Faculty Research Assistant & the Central Library. It must be signed and sealed with
all documents completed and submitted to the Postgraduate Studies Department at the  University.
11- Confirmation of a Graduation Application by the student and from the Golestan Educational Website  provided that it is confirmed by the Head of the Department and the Expert of Graduate   Studies in the Faculty.
12- Confirmation of Financial Settlement Request through the Graduate Studies in the  Faculty .
13- A no-objection letter from the International Office to offer the submit and issuance of the certificate by  the  administrative website,and it is sent to the Graduate Studies Department.
14- The student must submit four recent photos.
15- Provide a stamp from the university bank.
16- The student is required to submit his/her Identity Card.
17- A letter confirming the acceptance and publication of an article in the research journals accredited by the Ministry of Higher  Education in the Islamic Republic of Iran.
18- The student must come in person to receive the graduation certificate or his/her official representative.
