1. The passport has the validity date.
2. Certificate of passing the Persian Language Course.
3. Translation of a Bachelor’s Degree in Persian and English.
4. Final Admission (International Office).
5. Send confirmation of the code from International Office.
6. Students of the year 2022 must get permission from the Student Affairs Department in which there is
no objection.
7. Copy Search Form with supervisor’s confirmation.
8. Send the Session Form through the graduate studies superintendent, and it must be in the file.
9. Taking the Dissertation Delivery Form after binding it from the Expert responsible for the Dissertation
and by the Faculty Research Assistant & the Central Library. It must be signed and sealed with all
documents completed and delivered to the Postgraduate Studies Department at the University.
10. Confirmation of a Graduation Application by the student and from the Golestan Educational Website
provided that it is confirmed by the Head of the Department and the Expert of Graduate Studies in
the Faculty.
11. Confirmation of Financial Settlement Request through the Graduate Studies in the Faculty .
12. A no-objection letter from the International Office to offer the delivery and issuance of the certificate
by the administrative website, and it is sent to the Graduate Studies Department.
13. Four personal photos.
14. Provide a stamp from the university bank.
15. The student is required to surrender his/her Identity Card.
For the purpose of obtaining the endorsement code containing 20 numbers from the Student Affairs Department, it takes 10 days to deliver the certificate.
P.S: The student must be present when receiving the certificate in person or his/her representative with a legal and certified power of attorney.
